The Kettner is a sprawling family home with character to spare. Shake and mountain lodge detailing on the exterior are paired with a luxurious hominess inside. Quality natural materials such as stone and custom-build timber allow this unique design to stand out majestically on its hilltop site. The client’s growing family presented the design challenge of creating a space that would grow with them. The expansive kitchen and circular dining area are the focal points of the main level. The extra large three-stall garage accesses the lower level as well as separate quarters above, allowing for multi-generational living in the future. A screened porch and pool deck offer outdoor space.
