Details
Located in the city's core, this executive suite is on the fourth floor in a mixed-use building overlooking a main road in the center of a growing city. Traditional in character, this executive suite is more than just a workplace; it is a thriving family business suited to entertain multiple clients, from entrepreneurs to medical professionals.
Although this office is designed in the traditional sense, it is anything but flexible spaces with moving walls that can be seen throughout. Upon entering, the environment is welcoming and the lobby is intimate, however, when the wall is closed, the sliding glass wall opens up to create a larger, more flexible space. The design boasts 20 private offices and multiple conference rooms, each varying in size and style while maintaining seamless flow throughout the office. Just off the lobby, a gathering room leads into a full kitchen with booths allowing for informal gatherings.
The office was designed to accommodate the versatile clientele and the need for changing workspaces throughout. Transient workers move in and out of the office regularly, presenting a need for drop stations and increasing usable space to accommodate the assorted client base.
Tradition meets new thinking in this high-tech, elegantly designed executive suite. In addition to the lobby, moving walls, standing desks, hidden TVs, and drop stations can be found throughout the design, creating many transitional workspaces. It was imperative to the design that the office has tremendous flexibility so that every room can become a conference room or office with the simple adjustment of a wall position.
