Jeff Segard

Jeff Segard has three decades of experience in custom home building and currently serves as the firm’s president, overseeing daily operations, including product and business development, staff, and project management.

Jeff works with our clients throughout the architecture and design process to ensure they have an exceptional experience as they watch their dream projects come to fruition. His expertise gives clients an unprecedented advantage in translating a Visbeen Architects plan into a built environment. He enjoys building strong client relationships and prides himself in caring for each client from the first time he meets them until they move into their new home.

Jeff also has extensive experience in the underground construction business, which he attributes to his father. Growing up in the trade, he gained a firsthand understanding of site planning, subdivision management, earth-moving, sewers, water street construction, and golf course oversight. Eventually, he launched his residential building venture and has partnered with Visbeen Architects for over two decades.

Jeff currently lives in Grandville, Michigan, and enjoys spending time with his family and fishing.
